Castle Mountain

Location: Fernie Area

A new addition to Fernie, this trail begins off of River Road which can be found on Coal Creek Road. Start by hiking up Roots, Hyperventilation and Castle Rocks and continue on the the ridge of Castle Mountain. This trail is also used for mountain biking, and is particularly amazing as it offers views opposite of most hikes in the Valley. 4-6 hours
